Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited actions when a customer uses the Lavar software and services ("Services"). By using Lavar, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.In connection with your use of Lavar, you agree that you will not, and will not encourage or allow any third party to:
- Transmit, upload, or display any content that infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity.
- Transmit any content containing viruses, worms, trojans, or any other malicious or harmful code.
- Use reviews, feedback, or public communications to extort, threaten, or coerce Lavar or its representatives into providing refunds, compensation, or other benefits.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or use inappropriate or offensive language toward Lavar employees, contractors, or support personnel.
- Transmit or publish any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, malicious, or discriminatory.
- Publish false or misleading statements about Lavar or its Services.
- Disrupt or negatively impact the availability, reliability, or stability of the Services.
- Launch or facilitate denial-of-service (DoS) attacks against Lavar or any third party.
- Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanisms of the Services.
- Test, probe, or reverse engineer the Services to discover limitations, vulnerabilities, or filtering capabilities, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Use the Services in any way that could expose Lavar or any third party to legal liability, harm, or damage.
- Use the Services in violation of third-party terms, policies, or applicable laws or regulations.
- Use Lavar in connection with fraudulent activity.
- Collect or harvest personal information of others without their express consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the Services.
- Register accounts using temporary or disposable email address services.
- Create accounts for competitive analysis or benchmarking without Lavar’s prior written consent.
- Share account credentials or circumvent usage limitations.
- Use free or sandbox accounts for production, commercial, or live-store purposes.
- Disclose your account password or fail to take reasonable measures to secure your account.
